Common Query Issues.
1、According to the following illustrated steps, you can view your order:
- New users need to register first or log in with their Twitter, Facebook or other accounts.
- After logging in, enter the personal center and you can view the order details.
2、How to change the address?
Through the "Personal Center - Address Management", add your accurate address. However, please note that you must ensure that the delivery address in your Lovehoney account is up-to-date! We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally provide us with an incorrect delivery address, contact number, or recipient's name, we will not be able to refund you. If you realize your mistake before the order processing, please contact us immediately.
3、How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by debit or debit card - we accept Visa, MasterCard
You can also pay via Apple Pay,and Google Pay,spread the costs of your payment.
Common delivery problems
1、Can I cancle my order?(Please see our return policy page for more details.)
Please note that for orders that have been paid and dispatched, refunds are not supported. Customers are required to return the goods after receiving them. However, due to the special attributes of some products, they are considered as private products that affect customers' health. If the product packaging is removed or the products are damaged due to personal reasons (including packaging, the products themselves, hygiene, etc.), SRINLON cannot provide return and refund services. Customers are kindly requested to understand and support this!
2、How much is delivery:
Different countries and addresses may have different shipping policies. Before placing an order, you can see the specific shipping cost information for your address. Please understand.

We will pay attention to protecting the privacy of our clients. Only the client himself/herself knows exactly what items are involved.
4、What should I do if I haven't received my delivery?
If your order still hasn’t arrived, or you can’t locate it, please contact us within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. Otherwise, we'll be unable to support your claim.
