Refund/Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you can request a return of your items within 7 days after receiving them. 

Most of the products involve health and safety as well as customer privacy. We cannot accept returns if there is no quality issue with the products. All customers, please pay attention to the following:
-The products must be returned in their original packaging.

1、Return eligibility: 

Your returned items must be in the same condition as the ones you received, undamaged, unused, with labels, intact packaging, and with purchase proof or receipt. If you have a demand for returning them within the return policy period, you can contact us through the internal website link or e-mail. If your returned items are accepted, we will inform you of the delivery address for the returned goods. 

2、Return shipping fee: 

If there is any quality problem with the product and it needs to be returned, the seller shall bear the full cost of the shipping. Otherwise, the buyer shall bear the full cost of the shipping. Please check your order after receiving it and contact us immediately. If there are defects, damages or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. 

3、Regarding communication: 

The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the things you already have. Once the return is accepted, purchase new ones separately. 

4、Regarding Refund: 

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will inform you and notify you within 3 days whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund according to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need 7-10 days to process and mail the refund. (Note: The refund does not include the postage incurred during the product transportation process.)
